Who we are
The Site is operated by Weniger Media, a Colorado-based creative studio. Client work is governed by separate proposals, statements of work, or contracts. These Terms cover use of the public website, not the full commercial terms of a project engagement.

You may browse the Site for lawful, personal, or business informational purposes. You agree not to:

Inquiries and communications
Submitting a contact form or booking interest does not create a client relationship. We respond when we can and may decline projects that are not a fit. Any engagement begins only when both parties agree in writing.

Limitation of liability

Our total liability related to Site use is limited to the greater of fifty U.S. dollars ($50) or the amount you paid us specifically for Site access (if any).
